Enrollment Form

The Green Preschool in Kailua accepts applications year round. The enrollment process is as follows.

1) First parents and the potential student visit the preschool.
2) Potential student has a try out day at the school.
3) Parents complete necessary forms and pay tuition and fees.
4) Enrollment is complete when the application forms, $150.00 registration fee and $150.00 annual supply and craft fee and first month’s tuition, are received by the school. Tuition is paid in monthly increments. It is due the first day of each month and is based on your child’s schedule: the number of days per week that your child attends school.

To be placed the wait list prior to entering the school, complete this application form and the student information sheet and submit to the school along with a 100. application fee (non refundable) which goes towards the registration fee when you join the school.

Families must agree, barring any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, for the sake of consistency and safety of the students, to enroll their child for the duration of the academic year; from August to May. Anyone attending Summer Session, from June though mid-July should also attend the whole session.

School hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. School days are Monday through Thursday.

Children receive a large, organic, freshly prepared meal at 11:00 am. Parents provide lunch for their children. Children may leave school before 3:00 pm but early pick-up does not affect tuition. Children must have an extra set of clothes and two extra pairs of underwear at school, in their cubby at all times.
